Ithaca School District:  Information from the Ithaca MLS – Houses Sold 1/1/2018 until 12/31/2018. There were 405 houses sold. The Median House Sold price was $275,000, selling for $149.34 per square foot. Houses sold quickly in the Ithaca Market in 2018.
