Southern Cayuga School District: There were 31 houses sold. The Median House Sold price was $198,500, selling for $111.02 per square foot. This area houses move slower than in Ithaca Market, but homes that have been prepped for sale and priced correctly sell faster. Southern Cayuga Central Schools system includes the Village of Aurora, Town of Genoa, King Ferry, some of Locke, Scipio & Venice.
